At Northwest Endodontics, we do our best to deliver superior care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. If you have an upcoming treatment scheduled at one of our offices or have questions about your insurance coverage or a billing statement you have received, we welcome you to contact us today.
Our Payment Policy
We require that payment of the patient’s estimated portion of treatment costs at the time the service is rendered, and the patient is responsible for any remaining balance after the patient’s insurance has remitted payment.
Once your insurance has made all payments to your account at Northwest Endodontics, we will send a statement. We appreciate your prompt remittance of payment.
If you have any questions regarding your billing statement, insurance coverage, or treatment costs, we always welcome you to contact our office.
For your convenience, we accept payment by cash, check, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), and CareCredit.

Regardless of insurance coverage, patients are fully responsible for all fees charged by Northwest Endodontics. If you have any questions about the cost of an upcoming procedure or your insurance coverage with our office, we welcome you to contact us to discuss any concerns prior to your appointment.
Flexible Financing Through CareCredit
To ensure our patients can access the endodontic care they need to maintain optimal oral health, we also offer treatment financing through CareCredit. CareCredit is a third-party financing option that extends six months of interest-free financing to our patients. CareCredit financing is a revolving line of credit that works similarly to a credit card but is available solely for covering medical-related expenses.
For more information or to apply for CareCredit financing, please visit the CareCredit website. Upon credit approval, CareCredit furnishes you with a 16-digit account number. Simply bring your new CareCredit account number with you to your appointment for us to process the transaction at the time of your appointment.
